Here at Viato Equipment we want you to be happy with your experience. Your satisfaction is our priority. 

That said we must lay out some policies. This will ensure we are all on the same page before you make a purchase. 

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes you get buyer's remorse. We understand. On our end however a cancellation can really hurt the flow of manufacturing.

  • We offer a 24-hour cancellation period with no penalty.
  • The 24-hour period starts as soon as your order is placed. If you cancel within those 24 hours there will be a full refund.
  • After 24 hours any cancellations of non-custom items will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation fee.
  • After 24 hours CUSTOM ITEMS will not be cancelled.
  • Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be received by Viato Equipment within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
  • Special orders cannot be returned. 
  • Returns must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Viato is not responsible for lost or damaged products during return shipping. Please use a service with tracking, and we recommend insuring the item or items.
  • Returns require an RMA number before they will be accepted. This ensures that Viato and you are aware of the return and the return details. This also allows us to quickly move through the process.
  • After receipt and a passing inspection of the returned item or items Viato will process the refund and/or replacement as soon as we can.
  • If, during inspection, we determine a product has been used or damaged intentionally we cannot issue a refund.
  • Accepted returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Shipping Policy

  • Viato offers free shipping in the Contiguous United States.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and other countries are not eligible for free shipping. Please contact us for shipping costs.
  • Viato will provide shipping information (Tracking, delivery date estimate) as soon as we ship the product.
  • Shipping carrier is at the sole discretion of Viato Equipment.
  • If your item is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete please contact us immediately. We will do our best to help resolve the situation.
  • Viato is not responsible for damage during shipping. We will work with you to help resolve any issues, but it is up to you to contact the carrier if there is damage to your order.
