Lead Times

First, a quick definition of "lead time": Lead time is the amount of time it takes for Viato to manufacture and ship an order once an order has been placed. Lead time does not include shipping time.

NOTE: Custom orders or custom colors are not subject to standard lead-times. These items will typically add 2-4 weeks to your order.

It is one of our goals to keep lead times reasonable. We work with great vendors and suppliers, and we manufacture whatever we can in-house. Each order is made to order. We take pride in being able to get your products to you as quickly as possible. We will always be upfront with lead times, but we cannot guarantee them. 

If the lead time is going to change on your order, we will contact you. We believe that communication is key to building relationships.
